About the Role
Brycon is a local civil construction company that are currently looking for a Truck and Transport Mechanic. Interviewing candidates who possess or are in the process of obtaining Interprovincial Red Seal Mechanic Certification.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role will include:
- Diagnosis and repair of electrical, air, steering, and brake components on small, medium, and heavy-duty trucks as well as routine and preventative maintenance.
- Service and repair equipment in the shop and on-site.
- Ensuring a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures
- Mack experience preferred but not required.
All applicants must:
- Have a positive attitude, are reliable, and a be able to communicate to others in a team environment
- Have a valid Nova Scotia driver’s license
- Obtain a clean Drivers Abstract
